Reservations are suggested if you would like a puppy from us. Please expect to answer a few questions about you and the environment your puppy will have in it's new home. We care about each and every one of our puppies and want to find wonderful furever homes for them!

 

Reservation/Waiting list fee is a non-refundable $100 deposit toward the price of the puppy/litter of your choice if puppies are unborn when placing a deposit. Upon choosing your puppy  a payment of $300 is to be paid to confirm and hold your puppy of choice. Full payment is expected one week before or at time of pick up/delivery of your puppy.

CASH OR VENMO ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED PAYMENT

If you bring any other payment source we will hold onto the puppy until payment is paid one of those two ways

IF THERE IS A PUPPY YOU WANT AND I HAVE A SOLID VERBAL OR EMAIL COMMITMENT, 

I WILL HOLD THE PUPPY OF YOUR CHOICE FOR 24 HOURS UNTIL I RECEIVE A $200 DEPOSIT.

IF I DO NOT HAVE A DEFINITE COMMITMENT THAT THE DEPOSIT IS ON IT'S WAY...

THE SPECIFIC PUPPY IS STILL"FOR SALE".

 

DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE, BUT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

**We reserve the right to not sell a puppy to anyone for any reason**

**We do not guarantee size OR eye color nor will we sell solely based on color/eye color.**

*Please note you are agreeing to our contract whether you sign it or not**

 

**Our litters are raised to continue our bloodlines and we reserve the right of first pick from any litter,

even if you have already placed a deposit on a specific color/gender**
